How we handle your personal data.
Vidarion AS is the controller for personal data you send when you contact us and for limited technical data processed when this website is served.
What we receive
When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.
Why we use it
We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested walkthrough and follow up on possible collaboration. We rely on GDPR article 6(1)(b) when taking steps toward an agreement at your request, and article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Technical processing is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Who may access it
Access is limited to Vidarion AS personnel who handle the enquiry, and our email and hosting providers where they act as processors. Technical error information may be available to our website platform for developer troubleshooting.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it longer. Technical data is retained only for the delivery, security and troubleshooting purposes described here. Retention arrangements depend on the provider and the relevant service; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your request.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Datatilsynet.
